The body’s pH is the barometer that allows us to measure this degree of balance and that tells us if a body is healthy or sick, according to its degree of acidity or alkalinity.

Remember the pH strips you used in high school chemistry classes? On the pH scale, 14 is totally alkaline, 7 is neutral, and between 0 and 6 acidic.
